Yes — many acute complaints are a great fit for a video visit. Cold and flu symptoms, allergies, UTIs, minor rashes, medication questions, and follow-ups on a known condition can often be handled entirely from home. If we decide during the video visit that you need hands-on evaluation or in-office testing, we'll get you scheduled quickly at our Baymeadows or Westside location.

Telemedicine is especially helpful when you're contagious, when you're caring for a sick child, or when taking off work for an in-person appointment isn't realistic. You still get a full clinician visit, a documented plan, and prescriptions sent to your preferred pharmacy.

To make the appointment as efficient as possible — whether in person or virtual — have this ready:

• Your current medications, vitamins, and supplements
• Any at-home readings you've taken: temperature, blood pressure, blood sugar, oxygen level
