Submission of an appointment request does not guarantee an appointment — our team will follow up to confirm.

5. Pricing & promotional offers

Pricing displayed on the Site (including weight-loss plans on /our-plans) reflects our self-pay rates at the time of publication. Promotional pricing is available for the time period stated and may not be combined with insurance billing. Standard rates apply after promo-period expiration.

We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any pricing, plan, or service at any time without prior notice. Any commitment to a specific plan is established at the time of your in-clinic visit.
